We collect what we need to run your account, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not store the chats of your XHack AI agent sessions: they are kept on your machine. If you use the XHack hosted model, your prompts and its responses pass through our systems so a reply can be generated, and we do not store them. Conversations in the XHack web chat are saved so you can return to them, and you can delete them whenever you like.

Agent conversations are kept on your own computer. Web chat conversations are saved in our cloud so you can open them later. You can delete either at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how long other records are kept.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. We share it only as the Privacy Policy describes, for example with service providers who help us run the service, or where the law requires it.

Yes. Data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS, and platform data and the keys and credentials you store with us are encrypted at rest. Keys you use in the desktop agent are encrypted on your machine.

We do not store your agent chats and cannot retrieve them for you. They are kept on your machine. If you use the XHack hosted model, your prompts and its responses pass through our systems only so that a reply can be generated.

Agent chats stay on your machine until you delete them, and we do not keep them. Web chat conversations are kept until you delete them. Other records, such as account, verification, billing and security records, are kept for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data or let anyone use it to train AI models. When you use the XHack hosted model, your request is processed by our systems and our infrastructure providers. If you choose Bring Your Own Key, your requests go directly to the provider whose key you supplied, under that provider's terms.
